Whether you’re post-surgery, managing a chronic condition, or preparing for high-level sport, we can help.


? Do I need to be injured to work with you?

Not at all. While we specialise in injury rehabilitation, many clients come to us for performance programming — improving strength, mobility, and resilience to prevent injuries or enhance physical performance.


? How does the online process work?

After an initial video assessment, you’ll receive a personalised rehab or performance program tailored to your goals and needs. We check in weekly via 1:1 video calls, monitor your progress, and adjust the program as needed to keep you moving forward.


? Can I claim this on private health insurance?

If you’re in Australia and have private health insurance with extras, your online consultations may be claimable under physiotherapy item numbers 811 (initial telehealth consult) and 812 (subsequent telehealth consult), depending on your fund and level of cover.
We recommend checking with your provider for confirmation.


? What’s included in the online program?

  • One-on-one online assessment

? Do I need equipment?

Not necessarily. Programs are tailored to the equipment you have — whether that’s a full gym, home setup, or nothing at all. We’ll work with what’s available and provide progressions when needed.


? What platform do you use for the sessions?

We use secure, reliable video platforms (Zoom or Cliniko) for consultations, and training programs are delivered via a structured app or shared online document, depending on your preferences.


? Can I work with you if I’m not in Australia?

Yes — this service is available globally. We currently support clients across multiple time zones, and we’ll coordinate your weekly 1:1 check-ins accordingly.
